A representative of the CIS ATC took part in an expert meeting to discuss a draft Comprehensive Program for Professional Education and Personnel Development in Countering Terrorism and Extremism for 2026-2028, developed by the Basic Organization of the CIS Member-States for Training Personnel in Countering Terrorism and Extremism.
The event was attended by representatives of departmental educational organizations of the competent authorities of the CIS member states from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
The meeting reviewed the draft Comprehensive Program and introduced amendments and additions suggested by representatives of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
The draft Comprehensive Program was unanimously approved by all participants of the meeting and will be submitted for approval by the Meeting of Heads of Educational Organizations of the Competent Authorities of the CIS Member-States to be held on June 11, 2025.
