Deputy Head of the CIS ATC Aibek Kutmanov took part in the 11th meeting of the heads of border services of the competent authorities of the SCO member-states on July 10, 2025.
The event was attended by delegations from 10 states (the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of India, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the People's Republic of China, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan), as well as the Executive Committee of the SCO RATS, the Coordination Service of the SKPV and the CIS ATC.
At the meeting the participants exchanged information on the situation at the state borders of the SCO member-states and made a forecast of its development, and summed up the results of the conducted special border operations.
The Center’s Deputy Head informed the participants about the main terrorist threats in the CIS and the measures taken to neutralize them, and noted the importance of developing international cooperation in this area.
